An opportunity to do a contract job for the next 3-4 months has come my way. It's almost literally a job that fell into my lap. So, starting in a week and a half, I'll be commuting to Ft Collins 3-4 days a week to catalogue biological specimens. (It's not hush-hush, but I'll wait to say more until I actually start.)

I'm very happy, but it's going to change things up a bit in my life. Which is probably a good thing. I'm sure there will be photos to follow.

Anniversary, of sorts

So humans seem to have a natural affinity to things in 10s, and, being half of 10, 5s. To today is the 5th Anniversary of my arrival in the Denver area. This photo is not from my arrival (didn't take any photos that time), but it's from a month after I arrived in Boulder. (Stan said it was short's weather, but I didn't buy it than and I still don't.) I can't say for sure what I thought was going to happen after I got to Colorado, but I certainly wouldn't change it for anything. #timeflies
